Completed in 1989 - 15 new build luxury 5 bedroom properties on the edge of the green belt - a joint venture between Robshaw Richmond Architects and developer Kenley Park Properties Ltd.

A number of house types were developed and planning consent secured. Each house type was conceived around a large central hall with living areas having ground floor bay windows and window seats with first floor balconies, taking advantage of the stunning hillside views. The client brief stipulated traditional brick and tile hanging construction with pitched roofs.

Completed in 2008 - successful planning consent for a new conservatory and garage with entertaining deck above and first floor balcony extension to the front of a residential property in Tandridge.

* Norman Way, Enfield, London N14 - Single rear ground floor extension. Planning permission obtained and client completed build.

* Beauval Road, Dulwich, London SE22 - Single rear ground floor extension. Planning permission obtained and client completed build.

* Randolph Avenue, Maida Vale, London W9 - Remodel of Ground and First Floor Maisonette. First floor rear conservatory. Planning permission obtained from Westminster in 1994 and client completed build.

* Hartland Road, Camden, NW1 - Ground floor rear conservatory - Planning consent obtained and Building Notice in 1994.
