Originally a pokey, ground floor garden apartment, the re-model now provides large open plan living accommodation. with high ceilings and a converted basement.
A new external entertaining garden deck adds to the space.

15 new 5 bedroom properties on the edge of the green belt - the commission was undertaken with Robshaw Richmond Architects for Kenley Park Propertieds Ltd.
A number of house types were developed, conceived around a large central hall, designed to take advantage of stunning views. The client brief stipulated traditional materials and pitched roofs.

TAG Worldwide are a leading advertising company based in Clerkenwell with a visual effects, animation, colour grading and post production company in Soho.
In Clerkenwell a feasibility was undertaken to extend the roof level, and consult with Islington Planning Dept.
In Soho, a feasibility and planning consultation was undertaken to extend the rear of the property, add another floor and enhance the roof. Consent was granted to form a link between the main reception and refurbished offices behind plus the removal of a spiral staircase to allow remodelling of the editing studio space.
An office building in the Charterhouse Conservation Area in Clerkenwell that did no longer suited the client's office needs and was difficult to let as office space because of it's small and akward floor plates.
The previous planning consent for an additional residential floor had expired and a Planning application for change of use and 2 additional floors to create 5 residential apartments in 2005.
The scheme was not implemented.
