Jan managed to secure our planning permission whilst keeping all our original requirements. Which was an amazing achievement due to the numerous obstructions imposed by the planning officer through the application process which was not plane sailing, Jan managed the whole process with a professional, calm persistence and practical approach which was really valuable to us.

She kept a great level of communication with me throughout and would explain at each junction the options and how we could proceed. Making me feel like I still had input in the final solution.
